Ab Attack: Tighten & Tone the abs, glutes, & thighs on the resist-a-ball. (30 min)
   
Aquacise:
Fun, energized workouts done in the relaxing atmosphere of the pool. (60 minutes)
 
Aqua Fins:
Aquacise using fins for resistance. (60 minutes)
 
Aqua Stretch & Tone:
Pool strengthening and stretching. (60 minutes)
       
Body Bar Blast: Designed to Strengthen and condition every muscle by utilizing the body bar along
with easy to follow aerobic intervals to burn calories & fat.
       
Body Training: Muscle toning and body sculpting class. (60 minutes)
       
       
Bosu Circuit: Designed to increase stability & strengthen core.
       
Cardio Kickboxing: Cardio and Strength training. (60 minutes)
   
Chair Yoga: An easy way to achieve flexibility by using a chair for stability. (30 minutes)
   
Circuit Express: 20 minutes Aerobics, 20 minutes Basic Step, 20 minutes Toning (60 minutes)
       
Circuit Training: Athletic conditioning with strength training.
   
Fat Blaster: Easy to follow cardio moves ini drill sequences designed to burn fat using the bags, bands, weights, bars, bosu, & ball.
   
Family Swim: Sixteen years or younger must be accompanied by and adult.
   
Kickbox Fitness: Latest Craze in cardio workout. (60 minutes)
   
Nautilus Step: Advanced step aerobics for 45 minutes ending with 15 minutes of toning. (60 minutes)
   
Pilates: Core training and flexibility. (60 minutes)
   
Pilo-Yo: Pilates and Yoga combination
   
Power Pacing: Complete, Non Impact emphasizing cycling workout emphasizing lower body. (60 minutes)
   
Rab Abs & Guides: Tighten & Tone the abs and glutes on the boot camp Big Blue Ball. (30 minutes)
   
Sole Sensations: Aerobic/Yoga routine
   
Step Circuit: Step aerobics combined with strength training. (60 minutes)
   
Step Into Fitness: Beginner to Intermediate step including Hi-Lo intensity cardio and weights.
   
Tai Chi: Balance, muscle tone, agility, and flexibility
   
Tone It Back: Strengthening & conditioning core and lower back.
   
Total Body: Conditioning using weights, bands, and resist-a-ball. (1st & 3rd Monday consist of
basic step & weights.)
   
Total Body Sculpting: Weight training and Body sculpting using free weights to build total body strength, muscle tone, and endurance.
   
Triple Toning:
Band, Bar and Dumb Bells (60 minutes)
Work it Fit: Strengthen, condition, shape and tone using weights, bars, steps, ball, and bands.
       
 Yoga:   An excellent way to get a thorough stretch and achieve relaxation. (60 minutes)
   
 Zumba:  Latin Dance
