People call me JR, and I am a personal trainer at Nautilus Fitness Center. I’ve been trainer at Nautilus for three years now and I absolutely love what I do. I was a high school athlete in basketball and track and field. I’ve studied in the exercise science program at Lewis and Clark Community College. It is one of the best programs around if you want to be a fitness professional. My objective is to educate and motivate people with life and fitness goals to create a healthy life style. Fitness and clean eating isn’t something that you do for a short period of time and expect to be successful, it is a lifelong marathon. So, if you ever see me around don’t hesitate to pick my brain.
I started working as a personal trainer at Nautilus in October, 2014. I also instruct the Cross Boot group class. I have experience working with clients of all levels of physical ability, including clients with special needs (joint injuries/limitations, improving balance, etc.) I make it my goal to create a positive, fun environment for training while still guiding my clients to success. All I ask is that you show up and give your best effort.
I am a very friendly and approachable person, so feel free to say hello if you see me around the gym.
