Classes

    Ab Attack: Tighten & Tone the abs, glutes & thighs on the resist-a-ball. (30 min.)
    Aquacise: Fun, energized workouts done in the relaxing atmosphere of the pool. (60 min.)
    Body Training: Muscle toning and body sculpting class. (60 min.)
    Cardio Kick: Kick boxing on the bag, combined with fast paced cardio moves ending with floor work. Gloves optional.
    Circuit Training: Athletic Conditioning with strength training. (60 min.)
    Family Swim: Sixteen years or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
    Fat Blaster: Easy to follow cardio moves designed to burn fat.
    Fit To The Max: High intensity cardio with strength training.
    Kettle Bells: This class uses kettle bells – a "cannonball with a handle" for a full body, heart pumping workout. Combines total body kettle bell and bodyweight exercises in high intensity intervals to build a lean, functional physique.
    Pilates: Core Training and Flexibility. (60 min.)
    Reality Kickboxing: Not an "aerobic dance" tae bo class, execute the techniques and drills champion kick boxers use to get in shape for a match.
    Step Circuit: Step combined with strength training intervals.
    Step & Tone: Advanced step with weights, bands, balls, etc.
    Super Circuit: Circuit training taken to the next level! A continuous stream of exercises guaranteed to hit the heart, lungs and every muscle head to toe.
    Tai Chi: Balance, Muscle Tone, Agility, Flexibility. (60 min.)
    Total Body: Conditioning using weights, bands and resist-a-ball. (60 min.) 1st & 3rd Monday, includes basic step.
    Total Body Blast: Uses jump rope, plyometrics, strength-endurance and core work to "blast" the whole body. It's on Friday because you'll need the weekend to recover.
    Triple Toning: Band, Bar, Dumb Bells, and Bosu. (60 min.)
    Work It Fit: Strengthen, Conditioning, Shape & Tone using weights, bars, steps, balls & bands.
    Yoga: An excellent way to get a thorough stretch and achieve relaxation. (60 min.)
    Zumba: Latin Dance
